1. Are your treatments safe for children and pets?

We use safe products that are 100% safe for babies, children, pregnant women and pets – however we do recommend that you and your pets are not home during the treatments. The sprays dry to your floors, meaning that these cannot be ingested by children or pets, and are not airborne.

2. What do I need to do before my treatment?

If you have children

If possible, arrange your pest spray for a time when your children and babies will not be at the premises. The spray is fast-drying, meaning your home will be safe for your children to return to once the treatment has been completed.

Pick up any toys from areas that will be treated (including around the inside perimeter of your home).

If you have pets

If possible, take your dogs, cats and other pets away from the home or any other area being sprayed, for the duration of the spray (up to an hour). It is also recommended that food and water bowls be removed from the ground for the duration of the pest spray.

Cover the cages and enclosures of birds, fish and reptiles for the duration of the spray.

For flea treatments

Vacuum your carpets and mow your laws very short and immediately disposed of the contents of the vacuum and the grass clippings (put this into a sealed plastic bag and put it into the outside bin). This is best done on the day of your flea treatment before your technician arrives.

For ant treatments

Mow your lawns very short and immediately dispose of the clippings (put this into a sealed plastic bag and put it into the outside bin). This is best done on the day of your ant treatment before your technician arrives.

For cockroach treatments – if in cupboards

If you have seen cockroaches or droppings in your cupboards, speak to us as we may require you to empty your drawers and cupboards for us to treat these spaces. This is not always required, so please contact us on 07 4151 0101 before you do this.

3. Can I be home when my home is sprayed?

You can stay home while your home is sprayed if you choose to, however we do recommend leaving the premises during the treatment (approximately half an hour to an hour). While the treatments are safe for people to be around, it is better if you are not here if you do not need to be.

4. How often should I have my home sprayed?

You should have your home sprayed at least every 12 months. This will ensure that your pests are managed effectively. Some pests should be treated more frequently if you find these to be an issue in and around your home (such as ants).

5. What products do you use?

We use the best pest treatment and termite barrier products on the market, including:

6. Do you guarantee your services will work?

We have guarantees on all of services except rodent treatments. Many of our treatments carry a one year guarantee, but the periods for the guarantees do vary, so please ask us about the guarantee on your selected service/s when you call.

7. What areas do you service?

We are based in Bundaberg, and service the greater Bundaberg area, Gin Gin, Childers and Woodgate.

Please note travel surcharges may apply for areas outside of these.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept cash, cheque, or direct deposit. We do not offer credit card facilities.
